2nd April – ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 7 pm start (This is the meeting of the Parish, not a meeting of the Parish Council). Followed by the April Parish Council Meeting.
(Easter School Hols Monday 8th April to & inc Monday 22nd April).
14th May – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Parish Council. (Usually 2nd Tuesday due to possible Elections first week in May)
(Half Term Sat 27th May to & inc 2nd June).

All meetings are held at the Lingwood Village Hall, Parish Council Meeting Room, Station Road, Lingwood, generally on the 1st TUESDAY of the month starting at 7.30pm (please check notice boards in case of variation).
Planning Consultation Meetings are sometimes held between these dates when planning proposals have to be considered within 23 days.
Ten minutes is allocated at the start of all meetings for public participation, parishioners and the press are welcome to attend any Council meeting.
